Just received a disapproval for my form 1 sbs submitted in February. Denied because it fit the definition of an "assault weapon". Can anyone help provide documentation on the legality of a sawed off 8" barrel 16" overall length sxs? It was my understanding that since it is not "semi auto", it...
The option was not given to me when I talked to the examiner this morning on the phone. He instructed me to resubmit my form and email him with the new and old control numbers. He said that it would take about a week to get the approval. I just received the approval email about 30mins ago!

Mine does have a "ss-xxxxx" I assumed that stood for serial number and didn't include it. Can I just call them to fix it or do I have to get back to the end of the line?
My form 1 was disapproved today. The reason for disapproval states "verify serial number reported, compare with engraved markings on receiver." I have checked and all my info is correct. Has anyone run into this same issue?
Cory did a great job on my form 1 titanium silencer tube today. It was done in less then 20mins and the guys were pleasure to talk to while I waited. Even at the regular rate of $50 it is more than worth!
There was very little effort involved. All he did was spray them in the tray the primers come in and loaded them as normal. Pretty sure he used the cheap Rustoleum metal paint from Home Depot. No problems with light primer strikes of any kind.
A friend of mine sprays a thin coat of neon green spray paint on his primers while they are still in the tray. Makes it easier to distinguish between his 9x19 and 9x18.
