      Private firearms transfer (non-MD to MD)

      Thank you for your responses. Would it be easier if he were to use an FFL on his end to broker that part of the transaction, or is it simple enough for him to just follow whatever instructions you provide and then ship the firearm to you, when told to do so? Thanks again.
