      On most FNC rifles, the upper is the serialized part. The lower where the sear goes it a piece of metal. The ATF changed their minds on that a few times as well. At first they said the upper was the registered part, then the lower, now the upper again......

      I did my first E-Form 4 on 1/18/22 and it just came back approved on 3/22/22 for an HK trigger pack. Now if I can get my longest standard form 4 approved and out of NFA jail from 4/15/21 which is still in limbo...................

      I'm currently 8 months exactly as of today for another FNC. ATF are too damn slow. Hopefully my registered HK trigger pack is a tad faster when the E-Form 4's go live. I guess time will tell

      You can get a full-auto Aug. they are exempt from the 2013 nonsense. They do cost about 28k right now though.
