South Carolina Senate passes Constitutional Carry bill H 3594 by a margin of 28 to 18.
It now goes to the Governor to be signed into law and make South Carolina the 29th Constitutional Carry state.

House passed it. Senate is still deliberating it. Four weeks remaining in the session but this is the first of a two-year cycle so they can pick back up next year where they leave off this year.
