MSP being ridiculous about my CCW app.
If you go through Adams County you do not have to have property or business interests in PA. Just have the MD permit, send in the application and wait for a reply, then drive up and pay your $20 and get your picture taken. You walk out with the permit.- FatMuscle

QHIL Approval Letter & Certificate
