      HQL and New Driver’s License Number

      I lost my wallet a while back and had to get a replacement driver’s license. However, MVA issued me a new license number. It doesn’t match my old number that appears on my HQL license. Has anyone had the same thing happen? Will this be an issue the next time I go to purchase a firearm, and if so...
