I know that all of the Walmarts I've been to in MD have a sign posted that states ammo sales only between 7am and 10pm. I haven't seen anything about it being a local or federal law though.- DEX

But isn't that where the gray area lies here? If you take off the upper on an HBAR lower to clean it, have you just made an illegal firearm? If it's the lower being stamped HBAR, couldn't you just put HBAR on your 80% along with your personalized serial for record keeping sake? We won't know the...
