Share your feedback on the Holosun AEMS. I'm particularly interested in this optic for PCC.
The only downside I see is the lack of mounting options, the AEMS uses a proprietary footprint so only the factory mount is available but I'd like something slightly lower and QD.

Any of the APCs are a great choice for PCC, so is the GHM9. For the first PCC purchase I'd opt for one of the APCs and from there decide if you want to get a GHM9, there seems to be more accessories support by B&T for the APC series. I think if you get the GHM9 you will eventually want one of...

After Wolf, GOP may retake Gov office in PA 2022. Which means it's only a matter of time PA gets con carry. Although they better run a good candidate against Shapiro.
I would actually not rule this out 100%. Listening to the SCOTUS hearing a lot of emphasis is being put on carrying outside of the home and the excessive discretion state bureaucrats have, and less to do with state jurisdiction/borders and the core tenets of self-defense/protection.
They know...
It seems like SCOTUS will strike down the good cause permit regime, thus making every US state 'shall issue'. Which is a great step forward if it happens.
However, inter-state reciprocity remains a serious issue. Some states like California, don't issue non-resident permits and other states...
The GOP sweep of 3 statewide offices Gov, Lt Gov., and AG and retaking the House is really telling especially given VA voted for Biden with a 10pt margin.
However, I don't think this is a fluke. There's a core GOP base that turned out in record numbers, but most importantly the suburbs swung...
If Hogan signs an executive order the AG will have to comply. Nothing about conceal carry reciprocity goes against MD law, so the AG would have no grounds to refuse. He could also just speak or informally 'direct' Frosh about this and avoid having to take executive order, but he won't do that...
One of the authorities of a Governor is to enter into treaty/agreement with other states. Almost all the conceal carry reciprocities many of the states have now are done by their executive branch usually their DOJ or equivalent.
He can absolutely direct the AG or simply sign an executive...
As Governor, Hogan can use executive action to make agreement with WV and other states. You do not need MGA or AG. Gov. Hogan chooses not to. I really hope Maryland gets sued for banning citizens of other states from conceal carrying in MD, putting them in unnecessarily greater risk in places...
This is badly needed, and while Hogan has wasted many opportunities while being in office for years he could add NC, VA, PA, DE to that list for starters.
If anyone is saying the R's are behind, it's a ploy to suppress R's from voting. The poll that has him up by 8+ is a Fox News poll, among some others that have him up but by less.
It's an absolute treasure of a rifle and I love it. Unfortunately it's banned outright in MD for purchase/transfer/sale unless you own one before the ban. If you ever move out of state highly recommend you get one. The new A3s are being manufactured in Alabama now and come with a rail.
