1st build
So I want to build my 1st ar and I want to be legal in md. I know my timing is really bad but here I am. My understanding of md laws is that for a ar15 rifle chambered in 5.56/.223 it needs to be 29 inches long overall and has to have a heavy barrel greater than 16". So am I correct...
I like fall also, sept. Oct. nov. my favorite time of year. Don't mind some snow but hate ice, maybe we'll be lucky this year and we won't have much...I hope.
Seabee, I've shot the 35g bergers with great success they are my go to bullet for 20 vartarg. I've tried sierra blitzking 32g. They did ok. Hornady 32g v max didnt do very well I couldn't get a good group with them but the hornady z max 32g was right after berger for accuracy. Berger 35's shoot...
Does anyone have either a red dot or a reflex sight on their lever rifle? How's it working out? I have a low power scope on mine now but want something that is a little quicker and not so big. I can no longer get a good sight picture with irons. Thanks
I second the advice about the parking meters in hancock. They hung a ticket on my car within a couple of minutes of the time running out. I hope Hendershots will have a business parking lot if they don't I probably won't be a customer.
I shoot lefty and also looked at MRC but was put off by negative reviews. From what I can tell most of their problems were at start up with complaints about customer service after the sale. Hopefully things have improved but I would want to see and handle one before I bought it.
I guess we are possibly looking at 2 different Sierra bullets but it says 10 twist or faster right on the 3 boxes of 22 caliber 69gr. Hpbt that I have. No problems in my 10 twist 22-250.
