      Gen 3 Glocks to be discontinued

      I’m not sure that value is going to hold though. Lately it seems like more and more slides are hitting the market that work with the poly80s and the price is dropping a lot. Outside of the slide none of the other parts are very pricey and there are tons of 3rd party versions that work really well.

      I'm surprised. I figured they'd have been more likely to phase out the 4 and offer the 3 & 5. With the 3 sticking around to service CA and the contracts they already have in place for the 3g. I guess the 3g style will live on in the 80% platform.
