      Agreed! Baltimore City is the worst to deal with all the way around. Where is your property located? If in a certain area, I may know of someone who wants to buy. I used to manage 100+ units, but through headache after headache I starting dropping them.

      If you have not mailed your request already be sure to mail it with signature on delivery required. Then call and followup to ensure they actually have it and are processing. Mine disappeared along they way.

      Exactly. I was in court two days ago for 3 hours only to have the judge postpone and give the other party time to go get an attorney. So I have to pay those hours plus when we go back and for any other time spent on the case. It is def a financial barrier for most.
