Was it ever or is it currently a requirement to have your local jurisdiction Sheriff, Chief of Police sign off on your ATF application regarding the purchase of a suppressor.
I thought years ago it was required for a machine gun or short barrel rifle purchase but not certain about suppressors.

Can I assumed that after you took possession of the house you changed all of the locks on the property so he does not have an extra key to your home/outdoor structures etc.
Does public egress include walking in a mall common area? If so, up there's. Don't think you can supersede state law if you have a permit to carry.
