      I'd like to build a DPMS in .308 Will the lower accept all the standard AR15 trigger groups or do I need to go with the trigger groups made by DMPS specifically for DPMS?

      I think you're right. It looks like a painted DPMS. I didn't realize Remington owned DPMS. From DPMS they are cheaper and have more options.
