      I do not Guide just enjoy getting out as much as I can. As far as I am concerned the colder the better. If I have to break ice with my boat to get out, then that means there will be good hunting. No old squaws in the freezer for mounting sorry.

      first hunt, now I'm gun-confused

      my two go to guns for hunting geese and waterfowl are 1) Beretta Xtrema- shoots 3 1/2 in and cycles like a dream. With the Kick off feature it takes a little of the thump out of the recoil of the 3 1/2 in shells. I shot 2 3/4, 3 and 3 1/2 in shells this season and never had an issue. I used it...
