Friday I tried to call the number on the app but it just rang and then eventually disconnected

When I called and spoke to customer service they said it would be fine.
We will see in a few days when they receive the prints

Just talked to the call center, you don’t have to use their cards. They said as long as it’s the same type of card, and it’s completed by a law enforcement agency that’s all that matters

They don’t roll your fingers on ink, they scan them in and print them on the fingerprint card.
So now my card is messed up, I have 2 more so I need to find a place that will roll ink.
I mailed a new card they gave me off, because I was time constrained but hope to find a place that will roll...
