      Anybody know if there's anything special I need to know about buying legal in MD rifles in DE? Cabela's has a half way decent deal on a ruger 10/22 carbine and couple it without sales tax makes it even better so I was thinking about heading up there tomorrow.

      Got it. I find the fact that you don't have the exemption fairly ludicrous then. As long as you guys(all correctional officers and not just most) get the proper firearms training then you should be exempt(meaning I don't agree with the current law).       Quick question, are you guys working directly for the state or is it a 3rd party contract? i.e. You work directly for a company that Maryland contracts through.
