Someones thats confident in their accomplishments and is adequately prepared doesn't worry when things get tough.
Its craft speak for working men who stand tall on their merits and ability to perform and succeed, not on the taxpayers dime, an administrations fiscal budget , public sentiment the HR department or by continually victimizing themselves.
