Anyone use the service?

I searched for a forum on this and didn’t find anything too recent, anyone have an easy process for fingerprinting here for silencer purchase? Maybe some coupon codes? Lol seems like I’m liking the live scan option of it’s just one and done!

At Silencer shop kiosks you use to be able to do the fingerprints right there but I haven’t done it in a few years so you could try and find a shop with one and see

At Silencer shop kiosks you use to be able to do the fingerprints right there but I haven’t done it in a few years so you could try and find a shop with one and see

I am in talks with Hanover Armory and they told me to check out 1A but i never heard of a kiosk

Yes, cards use ink on your finger the old fashioned leo way. Livescan is an electronic capture of your prints. Used to be you needed ink for some things, some will allow livescan.

I know that Engage Armaments and Atlantic in Rockville have Silencer Co kiosks. Maryland Elite Firearms in Finksburg also has one. Fingerprints can be entered directly into the system at a kiosk. No need to go to a third party place to get them done electronically.

I have used the fingerprint service on the kiosk at Engage and although it took 10 min or so to get them into the system because I did not get a good fingerprint on the first attempt each time I tried, it was pretty painless.

I have used Silencer Shop service for three cans. No problems with any of them. I used Gun Metal in Millersville and those guys have it all down pat.

Zero paper, just an app photo. You drag and drop the pic you take into the frame in the app, re-size and crop it and submit.

Yeah i did it today at Cindys hot shots. But they said i had to buy the stamp online. I’m a bit confused but guess I’ll figure it out

You have to make an account on Silencershop.com and then pic out the can you want. When you pay, you will enter the stamp in your shopping cart and pay for it and the can together.
