Replacement screws and Allen wrench arrived over the weekend. The email to warranty@ nexbelt did the trick.

That's the trade-off with New Technology. Hard to imagine needing replacement parts for a leather gunbelt. but no quarter-inch adjustability.

Mental comfort of tried & true, or physical comfort tied to internet supply chain. I'll be traveling with a spare belt, I guess.

Threads started coming loose on mine where the ratchet catches are. So I emailed them photos and got a response about 2 hours later asking for a shipping address. Good service in my eyes. This was yesterday.
I have come to really like the ratcheting mechanism of the belt. It took a while to get the hang of it but once I did, I like it.

It's really nice to be able to adjust when sitting down. :party29:

Probably gonna send you a lighter...
I have used a lighter on "pills" that form on the end that slides into the buckle but I think sundazes is talking about threads breaking around the ratchet teeth. I just took a look at mine and I have fuzz around the ratchet area (which a lighter cleans up) but no threads coming loose anywhere.

A lighter is a great idea. The gas stove option that I defaulted to can be overkill.

Gotta get me one of those.

Your belt is still pretty new and almost unused, I wouldn't ditch the gas stove quite yet.

Mine isn't fraying yet and still works great, but I've only worn it about a half-dozen days.

Does Nexbelt's warranty cover damage from "Dickey Do Disease"?

If you're rockin' a Dunlap then maybe you need Nexsuspenders

Well, anything with Mammary glands or a motor will soon give you problems. Including some things man made.

Called Monday and receive the replacement belt today. Not too shabby. They are in Cali.
