It was the case involving a denial of renewal of a W&C permit. USSC refused to hear it, it was on hold pending Bruen. Right after Bruen it was sent back with instructions to follow law according to Bruen. It was put in the schedule, and the judge announced a concise to the point decision against MSP.

If MSP goes full retard, they would be in contempt of court, this judge could have the Super put in jail.

Umm, I believe the case they are referring to, is the one in front of the MD Court of Special Appeals, that ruled that Bruen was controlling and that the previous two cases MSP relied on, were now null and void. That case was decided either earlier in the day that Hogan made his mandate, or the day before.
