I was hoping to go, but I have so much to do for work that I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it. If it was just down the road I would go to see if they have a few items I need, but an hour to hour and a half drive each way, unfortunately I may not make it.

That said, there are a few things I need right now and if the availability and prices are good I may make the time (it wouldn't be the first time I had to stay up until midnight or 1am to get my work done). Then again, what I need most, I can probably find with a drive down to Cabelas whenever I have the time (regular capacity Glock 22 mags, 12 round SIG P365 mags, 12 round SIG P229 mags). I do have a couple guns I want to sell that it has been hard to find an FFL willing to take (either for sale or consignment) and a larger sampling of dealers in one place could be helpful (anyone know if any dealers there would be interested in a 3" Rossi 461, 2" Rossi 461, a S&W 442, or a Kel Tec Pf9). I may just have to wait for the next gunshow.

Has it been a $19 dollar entry fee for the last few shows? I could have sworn it was around $12 the last time I went?

I think it was $15. I got an OKC3S Bayonet w/scabbard and a smallish 1 one strap shoulder bag. I was jonesing for a shotgun too but didn't do it. I could pull the string on a scope yet either. The deals were basically like on-line so I passed.

I got what I felt was a great deal on a older beretta 92fs that was new in box for $500.00 . I had been looking for year's for a clean , early 92fs. I'll put my new competition kit I have been sitting on since the 90s to complete the project.

I wanted to drain the wallet a little this weekend but got busy with other things. Last time I ran into and spoke with Mark Levin.

I went down on Saturday afternoon and walked around.
I renewed my NRA membership, instead of paying the ridiculous $19 admittance fee, which is what I usually do. I bought a nice Bushnell 4x12 BDC scope for a decent price. I did meet Safecracker at TomKats table and talked to them about their upcoming wear and carry classes.

NRA did offer a big discount if you bought a new membership or renewed your membership. I always stopped by their booth and renewed each time and had my membership covered for several years out.

Showed up at 0930 to no lines, decently attended, few crowded aisles, gawked at Dennis Todd's tables. My first experience with carrying (p365 in Vedder Prodraw). Found what I was after (15-round p365 magazines at SIG retail price). Caught up with news with the vendor John and Jerry, whom I hadn't seen for a while during Covid times. Glad I went.

I should have started a thread on this. Didn't even notice it was coming up until I saw the MSI thread at lunchtime on Friday.

I went after work Friday, the parking area was full, so plenty of attendees when I arrived ~5 pm or so. I weaved through 3 aisles and was about to give up and park at WalMart when someone pulled out.

Both halls were full, all the usual vendors I remember were there and a few new ones (I haven't gone to this show in a long time).

Plenty of ammo and firearms of all types, holsters of all types (both kydex and leather, some cheap crap and some that looked well made).

Sorry, I didn't look for reloading supplies, hopefully someone else can answer that one.

Prices varied as usual, some guns as much as $120 more than I've seen at some of our local IP's, some around the same price. Didn't really see anything priced better, unless you were looking for something used, or something unusual you don't see on the shelf at a LGS often.

Dominion defense had a lot of bins full of new and pre-owned mags, as usual. One item they had which I haven't seen at their tables before was a bin full of used Mini-14 mags, Ruger made, which appeared to be former LE property. Most had painted initials on the bottom and some were marked "Law Enforcement Use Only", indicating they were AWB era manufacture. Most appeared to be in good shape, and they were selling them for $15 each. New ones were $35-$40 the last time I looked.
