I have contacted Sig via email. Got a reply and they said the best way to contact with an issue is via phone so I will be calling them today. I hope I can get the issue resolved because other than that issue, I love everything else about the P938. Thanx!The customer service at Sig is pretty good. Neginning of September I had to send my P365 upper in for sight replacement as the left-rear had stopped glowing and the right-rear was on it's way out. Took maybe week and a half from shipping to Sig to it being returned to me. Looks like front and rear sights were replaced and they cleaned up the rust (been my edc for over a year).
