Nice to see an August NICS app get approved.

180 in mine, 7/23 and 7/24. No that wasn’t a good experience whatsoever. About half the class didn’t get to qualify on day 2, they had to return the following weekend. Same amount of folks got screwed out of the fingerprinting service as well, and had to pursue that separately as well. Too many damn people.

That would be horrifying!

(Especially if they don't have the courtesy to email MSP and tell them to pull their application. Troopers wasting time on people who don't need permits anymore...)

Now that there are 7000 newly minted WC holders, and counting. I will start with my epic exciting adventure on my morning walk, and through the drive-through at McDonalds. There was definitely some cholesterol violence, but no gun violence.

Pushed the bolder out to the mailbox, no Joy. Aug 5 approval. The bolder rolled back down the driveway for tomorrows trip to the mailbox.

clearly they have no order. I submitted 7/13, accepted 7/20 and nothing since. Just saw another post that was Submitted 7/18, accepted 7/21 and NICS 8/9. I guess I am being skipped somewhere...

I think that the cards are going out.

I think people should start reporting the postmark on their envelope though. I suspect that they are going out 2-3 days after approval, then blaming the USPS.

No, the email says 5-7 business days. So if you were approved the 3rd, the 7th business day is the 12th.

I haven't seen any posts since last week showing someone receiving a permit.

God knows how they are mailing, also god knows how effed up the post office still is.
