What’s going on everyone! My name is Anthony Hugel and just joined yesterday. Excited to get up to date information on everything guns and Maryland. Currently the only pistol I have is a S&W SD40. Everyone hates on it from what I’m reading everywhere else but it’s been good to me and not a single jam or any issues.
So I applied for my HGP ON July 27th and just received my accepted notification on August 4th, 2022. I seen some have been getting that nofication much sooner than I did but hoping to see a 30 day turnaround.

Looks like you've got the double whammy to get the overly sensitive folks in their feelings! All jokes aside, like others have stated, what works for you is best. If someone bags on you for that, they are simply projecting their negative emotions onto you. Happens even more so over the internet.

As far as your gun or caliber - doesn't matter who poo-poos it as long as you're proficient with it and it gets the job done (whatever job you need it for.)
