I had already renewed with all the business bs(months ago)... I would not now... self protection from now on for me...
Thanks!correct
Ditto. We either had shitty YNs, or they stopped issuing the other forms after a certain period.Wow. That's a whole new one for me too. When I got out, I got a single page DD214. That's it. Nothing else. Nada. Although mine does say "Member - 4" in the bottom right corner. I wasn't aware of any other versions.
I did the same but submitted my renewal app on 6/28 and received an email of approved on 7/13 (15 days) 5-10 days to receive permit by USPS. Never has the process been this quick. It's usually 60+ days. Just goes to show you how they have been slow rolling the process. Not that it surprises anyone here.I had already renewed with all the business bs(months ago)... Yup, they don’t want triggers eating at the counter, or riding on the bus.It bothers me that states line NY and CA continue to ignore the supreme court and pass laws they already know will be found unconstitutional. They pass a law in a couple weeks at no cost that takes several years and millions of dollars to overturn.
sooo, I know that after the civil war some southern states tried to pass laws to void the rights of recently freed slaves. The result was that even today some southern states have to get federal approval before altering their election rules. Does anyone know the mechanics between those two events? I know the current administration is not likely to pursue such remedies for 2A infractions, just thinking about the possibilities in the long game.
I believe you're talking about Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, which required "preclearance".sooo, I know that after the civil war some southern states tried to pass laws to void the rights of recently freed slaves. Just saying the demos have had so many years of practice, they are just doing what comes natural, and cannot help themselves. (They have had serious withdrawal for about 60 or 70 years)Those are trigroes not triggers

That. SCOTUS has effectively nulled that.I believe you're talking about Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, which required "preclearance".
NoCan someone please list the steps (or post a link that does) that one has to go through to apply for a carry permit in Maryland?
Question- When it says upload reciept from fingerprints, does it mean i should have a actual page saying my info? i was given a business card with the info on it and a credit card reciept. will those work?
I was not required to submit that page as described all I submitted was the LiveScan# and that’s it, went forward in the system and was accepted. Still waiting on MSP Investigator assignment. Since July 12th.I was given a page showing my name, payment, tracking number, date, person who took the prints, etc. You will need that to upload.
I was also required to upload the livescan receipt in the documents section. Interesting that you were able to submit and get accepted without it.I was not required to submit that page as described all I submitted was the LiveScan# and that’s it, went forward in the system and was accepted.
