I'm an FFL holder...and while MD loves to make it hard on us, this article is very skewed and biased, too. I still agree with 90% of it, because I'm likely biased and make a living as a dealer, myself. The point I take issue to is where it says no "rogue dealers" exist...I can tell you that's a flat out lie. Valley Guns, anyone remember that name? Yeah...was about as rogue as it gets....hundreds of infractions of missing firearms unaccounted for likely sold out the back door to god knows who....literally, I can post up the article from the newspaper if anyone wants a good laugh. They exist, and they walk among us, and fuel the problem giving legitimate and upstanding FFL holders a terrible look. They deserve to lose their license, too.
