Yep..and many will comply. And many are missing the easy fix. Nothing in this decree bans AR pistols WITH NO BRACE. Take it off, get a buffer tube ..no brace. Legal again..

The Biden/Harris administration got an early start.

But what about Trump*. The "pro 2A" president (who is still the president)???
The "pro constitutional president' (who is still the president)???

The one who said "take their guns first, then do the due diligence"????

    You know, F A C T S!!

But why not blame the people who are NOT in office and give another pass to the one who IS in office.?????

He is not really pro gun as we know but he understands that it is important to his base and really important to his son Eric whom he listena too. He should have fought harder for our rights and tactically of we were playing this better we would have tried to publicly get the ATF to offend him on day one. But what is done is done.

But overall you are in my opinion dramatically over estimating the amount of change in the entrenched hostile administrive agencies can initiate without full out war from the start. These entrenched bureaucrats are hard to fire, have powerful federal unions, and know that they outlet elected leaders. It does not really do much to even appoint a pro gun head of the ATF until the democrats replace him. You have to dismantle the agencies, send all the employees home permanently and probably with full pay, and replace the ATF with something else.

This is the only reason why I actually want them to ban 30 round mags, and any gun capable of holding a magazine.

Our side is divided and always says "it does not affect me"

A bully on a playground comes up to a group of 10 kids and takes one of their lunch money. Kid gives money, others stand around saying "I still have my lunch money".

only when they ban what everyone has will you see a change
A bull on a playground comes up to a group of 10 kids and tries to take all of their lunch money. The kids tell the bully to F off. When the bully tries on the first kid the other 9 prevent it from happening.

Only when there is unity can you affect change. The other side has the unity, they have the courts. Please, don't tell me about judged. How has that helped us so far and why are we at this point if the judges make a difference. Show me a right that was taken that I have gotten back.

History tells us they are coming for it all. One screw at a time.

Now we need to fight for the next generations.

We won't . We're too fractured. You have people who want to fight yesterday and then you have people who absolutely under no circumstances will lose their status as law abiding so they will sit on their hands while other people fight and die to secure the rights for all.

They're simply aren't enough people willing to fight and far too many who will sit on their hands. I suspect I will be thoroughly mocked for even saying this. They aren't going to fight even when the threat is at their door...

I'm a firm believer that if and when the United States government ever declares a moratorium on civilian ownership of most firearms there will be millions of gun owners tripping over each other going to the police station to turn in their guns... Go read some of the posts here and on other so-called pro-second amendment forums and you'll see what I mean...

Exactly. When that happens the edifice of civility will have long singe worn off. Hopefully it's more like Ireland and less like Liberia when that day comes. I can handle doing car bombs now and then. General Butt Naked not so much.

Balkans and we will make Yugoslavia look like a f*cking Sunday picnic.

They say when you are going to eat an elephant, which seems impossible,, you take one bite at a time 'till its gone. Unlike the big tex steak challenge, its not timed,,, they got time!

If agencies of the government do not follow the law as they attempt to implement new restrictions on the citizens they allegedly work for, why should anyone be expected to comply or submit?!

None of these gun laws affect me.

I'm not going to 'drive 90 mph down 795 while guzzling a bottle of Old Crow', but what I own, I own, and what I own, I will use.
