You're assuming that they would have stuck around.

This. Once the shooting started they would flee. I'm still of the opinion Soros' minions are not yet ready to die for what they are being paid as professional rioters. They've been trained to provoke reactions, something they were doing on that couple's lawn.

If there were real justice the da would be fired by the people and their personal property (guns) would be returned with a sincere apology. But that won't happen because this is America in 2020. Only violent lawbreaking rioters have rights.

Apparently, Soros helped fund the DA's election. WHODATHUNK!! :innocent0

I'm hoping you are right. I hope I will never need to answer that question on my own. The real question is....will they come back for retribution?? If that happens, they will have just stepped into "H-E-L-L".

Governor has said Trump will do everything in his power to assist this couple. Only thing I can think of that Trump can do is order a Civil Rights investigation into the DA

A great example of why everyone needs to be 80% certain that won't happen.

Well, look around. How well has that been working out???. I'm part of the problem as well as the rest of the "Silent Majority". We have been T-O-O silent for 40 years and the chickens have come home to roost...so to speak.

Not to worry though. When the fit hits the shan in your neighborhood.....
I (you/we) just need to call the Police!!!!

I would have handled this completely differently, like an adult.

Go to the safe, load up a few firearms, and then call the Police while REMAINING INSIDE MY HOUSE at a window and wait for the police to arrive.

Being exposed in the middle of the yard was a stupid position to be in anyway.

Her waving around the pistol is likely the basis for the taking of their firearms. Should have kept it pointed down."

This. With her finger on the trigger to boot.

They will get their frigg'n guns back after someone sits that woman down and explains that she can't be a frigg'n retard. And then sits the man down to tell him he should keep his half-witted woman in check.

The man practiced safe handling of his weapon. If she hadn't been a dumbass this wouldn't be an issue.

Antifa/BLM(but I repeat myself) has also been known to use molotov's. Bad situation to be stuck in your house, if they firebomb you.

If this is the case, why take both firearms?

Pointing a firearm if you are not in reasonable fear of serious bodily injury may be aggravated assault. Not saying they didn’t have that fear.

Personally I'm on board with them although they should have been a bit more like gun owners that know how to handle a weapon, especially the wife. The way they handled the weapons by pointing it at the RIOTERS is where the water got muddied. I was always tought that it you point a gun at someone you are prepared to neutralize them. Living in this commie state of md it is so hard to get you ccw to protect yourself. I have an out of state ccw,had the training and hql and have started carrying a pocket pistol, the hoodlums can do it without fear of the law so why can't I. Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

I’m not certain where the issue is here. They pointed loaded firearms at people who were not posing any imminent threat. There’s enough reason to believe that a crime was committed, and so evidence must be collected as part of an investigation.

They were incredibly lucky not to have started a gunfight. It was hugely irresponsible and (very likely) criminal on their part. I don’t know why any responsible gun owner would want to draw any attention to this incident.

I didn't have time to read all 21 pages but charge will probably be brandishing. If they hadn't pointed the guns at anyone they'd have a better defense. Not to mention how many times they muzzle swept each other. Better to stay inside until they actually come at your house, then light them up. If my house is being attacked while we're in "I felt my/our lives were in danger." Just standing my ground.

And this too. Really, I mean c'mon... they went all retarded with firearms. And for what? A bunch of unarmed libs walking by their house?
