My friend, we are being silly. But, with the political climate here in the wonderful state of Maryland currently, with a brand new person who hasn't even gone to the intro page to introduce themselves.... asks about legality questions concerning 80% builds..... we get a little suspicious. Thats what we, the gun community, do......

I’m sure this has been asked a 1000 times. However seems like I can’t find any current up to date answers.
Is it legal in The state of md to build a ar 15 type pistol from a 80% lower?
Also does it have to be registered once it’s built into a firearm?
Also does this hold true for the polymer 80 kits also?

I was just trying to get some information. I’ve been researching the internet for the past several days about this. Seems like everything I read is several years old. I just found out about this site. I guess I should of read post on here before I asked my question. I was just trying to figure out what the law is in md. I have no intent to beak any laws.
