Board member stating permit covers him an any car. Applicant says he's not sure the police have the same interpretation of the restriction.

The judge now telling the applicant that his restriction is very broad and that police officers have discretion. Now tells the applicant that since he lives in Owings that he will be in better shape than if he lived and worked in Baltimore City.

Did FL farm out his picks to the board to Atterbeary or DuMais?

Applicant was Navy enlisted. Judge asked what he rank was. Relevance!

Application denied because applicant didn't provide proof of security clearance.

Judge thinks he should have been able show level of clearance. Says it's not classified. O tried that a work from three separate security officers and they would not provide it. FOUO.

Applicant said his security clearance should not be provided.

Has this judge done any research?

Judge asking why permit is required. Said he's not standing guard anymore, so why needed. Asking MSP what current procedure is.

Guy works at APL.

Looks like there's going to be an issue with clearances. Judge doesn't believe you can't disclose clearance information. Applicant is citing law that says he can't.

Apparently the judge doesn't realize that this is a de novo hearing.

So the MSP can deny everything, you appeal, wait over a year, and then the judge says reapply. Vicious cycle.

MSP says people have lied about the level of clearance. They accused me of that too. I had to get it straightened out via informal review. MSP was I credibility rude, but that's SOP.

If MSP says data provided is good enough and can reapply, then why not just grant permit?

Judge says case in obeyance or stetted. Is this even an option in the law.

New applicant. Judge asked for documents but seems to ignore them anyway.

Sells gun parts, but not FFL Holder. Sells online and at gunshows. Can be anywhere.

Judge seems to be concerned that parts are not guns.

I'm concerned that brains don't equal knowledge.

Wants unrestricted. Ambiguity. Worried about something like fat tire.

Board thinks restriction covers transportation to and from. Applicant says ambiguous in that conducting business does not necessarily mean driving to and from.

We need the guys in here that have been wrongly accused by the police in here.
