Patriot Picket will be at the Statehouse on Monday, Sine Die!

Patriot Picket will be there for the final day of the 2019 MGA session (“Sine Die”) from 12 PM until 12 AM, from Noon to Midnight!

Come when you can, stay as long as you like, leave when you need to ... wear your WWNC shirts, blue PP gear or anything that suits you in your Patriotic frame of mind.

We are using this thread to keep all our PP Sine Die organizing info in just one thread, and out of the multiple gun bill strategy threads if possible.

Look here first for the latest PP updates!

Throughout the day there will be multiple floor sessions in each chamber to view (showing our WWNC shirt message), indoor lobbying, outside sign-waving, mealtime meetups, fellowship: choose your favorite activity, you’ll never be alone doing it!

Details and times of counter-cuck organized events, PP meetups and meals, and pro-2A actions will be posted here and in associated social media.

Patriotism is as patriotism does ... and, as Patriots, you will be among friends.

It’s going to be a beautiful day for Liberty!

“WE WILL NOT COMPLY” (WWNC) and other gun bill/gun rights sign picketing, picture taking and social media sharing from and “On The Bricks” in front of the Statehouse begins Monday 4/8 at Noon!

Both legislative chambers will already be in their floor sessions by then: the Senate begins at 10 AM, the House of Delegates at 11 AM.

Legislators are also likely to be still in session at noon, so anyone who prefers to witness the legislative tyranny indoors will have that chance at noon too, if you prefer.

Multiple floor sessions in both chambers are likely throughout the afternoon and evening.

We are remaining flexible in posting up the organized PP WWNC event schedule: indoor lobbying, outdoor sign picketing, meetups and meal scheduling will be posted here as we roll, because the legislative recess/adjournment times are the key but unknown in advance.

Regardless, there will always be something interesting to do or see, and someone to do it with, whenever you get to the Statehouse.

The springtime weather in Annapolis on Monday will be ideal — at least compared to the typical PP weather we experience in January and February.

The current weather forecast now shows almost no rain chance, with temperatures of 77° by afternoon Monday, and temperatures still at 64° at midnight!

With mild temperatures forecast all day Monday (see post #5 above) we are inviting PP members and our new 2A friends in the PATRIOT PICKET CAVALRY to ride their bikes into Annapolis on Monday!

Let’s put some GUN RIGHTS ROLLING THUNDER echoing loudly through “Legislator Canyon” to emphasize our righteous presence and boost the spirits of Patriots everywhere.

We’ll capture it all in pics and on video.

I bet the PP organizers have already gone through the same thought process, but to add to what you're saying, it will probably be unusually sensitive tomorrow ... and anything that assails Democrats will allow antigun legislators to pump up their side and possibly be used against protestors in reporting, social media commentary, etc. I'm sure the signage focus will be on the proposed bills and their impacts. Look forward to the updates in this thread (and sorry for the minor derail).

Wish we could get a more diverse crowd in the capitol. Young, people of color, different religions, freedom loving legal immigrants from shitholes around the world, etc. Hopefully no one takes that the wrong way....but I have a feeling some will.

With that said, keep up all the hard work, especially for those who can’t get there do to work, family, etc
