Nice job, MJD438 (and Mark P, Jeff Miller, John J, and our NRA Rep). Great point about the importance of citizen review boards and the motivation to get rid of this one.

Jeff M made a very important point about cost increasing for citizens due to the need for an attorney if the HPRB is eliminated and there is no other recourse other than to appeal to an ALJ.

Mark P once more in educating legislators and those listening about the legal jeopardy with vague permit restrictions.
