You again are missing key facts , nobody is saying they are working 24/7 what is being said is we have a potential of working at any hour . The 24/7 argument is just a way to deliver a message .
Nobody can work 24/7 Impossible , i think most folks understand the on-call issue and alarms and such .
I claim any permit and associated cost to my business .
I've been to several meetings. I heard that verbatim many times. Your analysis nobody can work 24/7 is exactly why my eyes roll when people testify they do. Being on call 24/7 is not working 24/7? It's why trying this in front of judge isn't going anywhere. If people testify they work 24/7, then the restriction imposed is no problem. Judges do not really explore what isn't before them, so all the forward looking testimony of being arrested etc. , they'll visit that when it happens.
