I like Kojo, but he is pretty liberal and I assume but do not know is probably pro gun control. He used to have Tech Tuesday which was always a good show. Anyway, this law really bothers me. Where is the due process before the removal of firearms?

There's of course the example of gun owner being killed after he grabbed his firearm when he learned that they were there to confiscate it due to the complaint of a third party. No investigation of whether the complaint had any merit if I remember the reporting correctly.

I bet the man had no clue that law enforcement could confiscate the firearm without him being arrested or having a day in court.
