It would seem that those who have decided that Hogan is NOT THE PERFECT CANDIDATE, have chosen to back a candidate that will not win. So, it would seem that for the first time in the history of modern US politics, Quinn the PERFECT candidate, will lose the election.

What I'm trying to say is that even though Hogan isn't perfect (nor is any candidate), why back anyone who by their own account, doesn't have a chance to win the election?

You think folks blindly support Hogan... you can not be more wrong.

Supporting the battle we are in to bring this state to a point where the majority does not see “conservative” as a profanity is what we are doing.

The blind support is going to any candidate who CAN NOT POSSIBLY WIN NOR HELP US IN THIS BATTLE.

That blindness is KILLING THE MOVEMENT TOWARD THE RIGHT IN THIS STATE.

What the hell good does it do us to give the state back to the left when we have not yet secured it?

And votes spent on also rans... are votes which will do just that.

Except that a vote for Hogan as well as every other GOP politician who supported the red flag and bump stock bills moves the MDGOP to the left. A liberal republican party working with Democrats will never "secure" the state. Supporting anti-gun Republicans is killing the movement toward the right in this state.

Hogan is just the key to this election. We have to elect other Republicans down ballot if we ever have a chance of taking over this state. Sure, it's going to be difficult, but to cast your ballot for someone who will not have a chance of winning is beyond my scope of comprehension.
