I'm guessing there is no way to know when a 1302 has been served, October may be interesting.
Believe me, you'll know. A whole bunch of men in tactical suits will let you know before the ink is dry on the paperwork.

They'll be happy to let you and me sit in lockup while they work on it ...
That could turn out to be quite lucrative in the long run.
Very disappointed in MSI and MDShooters. Apparently neither of the organizations were ever against HB1302.
Apparently it must have been an animation I saw then of a member who was a victim of false accusations relating his story to the committee. Politicians, meh, they'll say anything.
Are you serious or being sarcastically facetious? Zoo is referring to MDSer Squaregrouper's testimony against the red flag legislation. There were hours of testimony that included a number of people who participate at MDS as well as MSI members (available to watch online afterwards for those not present). You're a part of the MDShooters "organization" as well, obviously.Very disappointed in MSI and MDShooters. Apparently neither of the organizations were ever against HB1302.
It was a hologram made with CGI. I never set foot into that room, nor did I wait there almost 10 hours to testify for 2 minutes.

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.
Anyone have the testimony link readily available, Ghrist is playing dumb.
All but the state senator, HERSHEY, needs to go in District 36.
You would think that a republican delegate would have his eyes on gun bills.
Still looks like a deal was in the works and they got caught. By then, it was to late for us

Jeff Ghrist is a House Delegate and he is actually correct in that NO ONE from our side testified against HB1302 in Judicial Proceedings in the House.
What we saw was Squaregrouper and his fine testimony in front of the Senate JPR.
