Believe me, you'll know. A whole bunch of men in tactical suits will let you know before the ink is dry on the paperwork.

Personally I am not worried, but y'all are making me wonder, stop. SWAT dispatches a crazy dude shooting up Las Vegas and there are pics of him on MDS within 24 hours so I thought a served (PAST tense) 1302 AAR would be interesting. :sad20: :)

Very disappointed in MSI and MDShooters. Apparently neither of the organizations were ever against HB1302.

Apparently it must have been an animation I saw then of a member who was a victim of false accusations relating his story to the committee. Politicians, meh, they'll say anything.

Are you serious or being sarcastically facetious? Zoo is referring to MDSer Squaregrouper's testimony against the red flag legislation. There were hours of testimony that included a number of people who participate at MDS as well as MSI members (available to watch online afterwards for those not present). You're a part of the MDShooters "organization" as well, obviously.

Eta: you were faster on the (posting) draw, Hoss ...

It was a hologram made with CGI. I never set foot into that room, nor did I wait there almost 10 hours to testify for 2 minutes.

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic.

Anyone have the testimony link readily available, Ghrist is playing dumb.

Is this the one that you are looking for:

Your testimony was great and thank you for the personal touch. If you go to the bill page, http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/fr...18rs&id=HB1302, there will be a little video camera icon to the right of the "Judicial Proceedings" link in the "Committee(s)" section once the encoding is done and sectioned, which typically takes about 24 hours. Once it is sectioned, the bill page will take you directly to the point in the hearing where that bill is discussed.

If you don't want to wait for the sectioning to be completed, go to this page - http://mgahouse.maryland.gov/mga/pla...a-93ff74bdaa4c and slide to 4:12:25.

All but the state senator, HERSHEY, needs to go in District 36.

You would think that a republican delegate would have his eyes on gun bills.

Still looks like a deal was in the works and they got caught. By then, it was to late for us

All the southern md delegates have some versions of the “ nobody said anything about voting against these bills” to me and others I know on the phone and in emails. I reminded mine of our conversations where I told him I was against the bills and that I sent him emails. He had amnesia then came up with a bigger lie.

I tried talking to deb Rey, she left me a testy voice mail with her cell number, I left several messages and no return call

Republican reps that lie and backstab need to go for being traitors

Jeff Ghrist is a House Delegate and he is actually correct in that NO ONE from our side testified against HB1302 in Judicial Proceedings in the House.

What we saw was Squaregrouper and his fine testimony in front of the Senate JPR.

And no one testified because the vote was unannounced, on a day when no gun bills were scheduled.

Apparently written testimony, phone calls, mail, emails etc don't count.
