That last guy, the cop, just hit it out of the park on that subject. His testimony reminded me of the black single mother from Pennsylvania with the PA carry permit straying into NJ, getting arrested, and made an example of by the left wing idiots running that $hithole.

If they want a bill to increase crime in MD, this is it as it would make 10s to 100s of thousands of Marylanders criminals if they banned possession of such mags. Even with well funded public information campaigns (which MD wouldn't invest in), if you reach 60-70% of the populace, it's considered successful. What of the 30-40% not reached? New criminals when the law takes effect? The bill would do nothing to decrease crime ... but it would increase it.
