Should be no problem, it gets sent to an FFL in your neighborhood.

This raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older as of September 7, 2017, except Officers or Board Members of MSI, and members of their households, whether or not related, their immediate families, regardless of where they reside, and equipment donor(s) are not eligible to win

So yes, we will make accommodations if someone wins and is outside of MD.
