    It is a vertical foregrip
It's 100% legal on any rifle.

It is not legal on pistols <26" without an AOW tax stamp. That is ATF, not MD rules.
That is what I thought, "vertical" and I did mean ATF not MD. Sorry, I was looking at the blue gun pic while asking/wanting to order more parts.

Are you saying it may not be legal since it's an sbr?

    I don't think I said that.

ironpony is pretty squared away. I'm guessing he asked for possible use on a pistol build or something maybe(if it was considered a VFG). I don't mean to put words in ironpony's mouth though.
Thank you sir, and exactly what I was thinking, always planning the next build.

Busa, if someone posts something questionable here many will jump in to help long before I get a chance, hope I did not offend your intelligence and those that will - usually don't last long here, great forum. Thanks all.

My M92 came back today from Matt Yeamans, who did an excellent job on the side folding conversion. It was a close call getting it to 29" oal without pinning and welding the booster in place. Now all that's needed is a cerakote refinish..
