For $299.99 it comes without the decorative crate. For $329.99 you can get this with the fancy crate if that's your thing. For those of you that know about this rifle, you know it's an amazing deal. Palmetto State Armory is currently selling these for $560.00, and I doubt you can find one local for < $600.00.

I confirmed shipping with CDNN today, they will ship to MD without the mag. I wanted to pass this along because it is such a great deal on a quality replica Sturmgewehr in .22LR. Lots of positive praise on the net and MDS over the years about this rifle. I ordered one on Sunday morning and I am looking forward to it.

FAs? You mean SAs, I assume. Yes, CDNN will ship semiautomatic rifles/shotguns to Maryland....they will not ship handguns unfortunately.

There is no reason the STG44 made by HMG would be banned in Maryland. However, HMG has already made the statement they won't ship to Maryland.

Maybe they'll get over it. It's not helping the cause to limit sales to the people. I know, preaching to choir. I had to talk a Cabelas into shipping a Glock to an FFL here back in late summer 2013. They were afraid I might be out the gun or out my money if something went worse than it did during the long approval periods leading up to the FSA enactment.

8mm Kurz, 7.62x39, .223, and 300 BLK. This was announced at SHOT show. I'm sure the magazines will go real cheap

Do we know their rationale on that? I remember that it's been that way for a long time, and I wonder if it was related to the shell casing requirement if they might be willing to change things now that the requirement is gone.
