Cry me me a river. I said the F word. Pull ya panties up and get over it.

Only one crying on here was you champ... Put your big boy pants on and stop acting like a fool. Soo many comments on the mentality of the population and you can't handle a little bad customer service... Truly sad....

The only punk was the employee.

I have little class? Why because I don't have a pole up my rear end?

How do you guys walk with it so far up there?

All you foul language nazis are hilarious :lol2:

Hey you proved me wrong lol. You have no class. Crawl back under your rock. Foul language isn't the big issue. The situation and place didn't call for it... I bet your a bit older than me but still have a lot of growing up to do... My parents raised me better I guess.

now you the one making a fool of yourself, settle down, lighten up maybe.

Your giving this guy a hard time about dropping an F bomb, then you slither your way back online to determine who carries what level of class, and when gown men are permitted to curese?:tdown:

My grandfather was a foul mouthed vet who loved to curse and almost gave his life in Pearl Harbor, I guess he had no class either.

They overcharged you or you paid too much?
When you hit a good sale do they undercharge you?

I bought the same gun there during the frenzy. I wanted one, they had it and no one else did at the time. That's why it's called a retail store, sometimes you pay retail.

By the way, I also paid over list for a mini 14 at a very well liked IP.
Same scenario, we all thought MD was going to ban just about everything and the IP had it and put a price on that they knew some sucker like me would pay. It is what it is.

I do not know of anyone in the PRoMd that did NOT pay too much during the rush of 2013... I know there are two that I paid more than I should have paid for. As you pointed out... it was a frenzy... Folks were in a panic buying mode and they paid more... It is still happening in some areas with ammunition... How are .22LRs worth $0.10 per round?

    Chocolate Mint

After the stress of trying to find a parking spot on that lot, I'd probably be cussing the kids selling girl scout cookies at the door before I even went in...:lol2:

But only if they were out of CHOCOLATE MINT!!!! :D

My pet peeve is Grocery stores, and handing me the receipt with my money. Used to be they just put the damn receipt in the bag, nowadays, kids are too lazy and thoughtless to even consider why a customer would want the receipt in their hand and not in the bag...hahahahaha And the way they bag things is atrocious sometimes, like putting frozen bagels in with my HOT Rotisserre chicken...

But back to the subject, we DO want a good opinion of 2A people, but, sometimes, we can just lose our cool. I would have taken him up on seeing the manager, and tried to get a freebie out of it :-)

Hahaha I remember the day before the Assault Ban went into effect, back in,.....1994? I had called Potomac Arms in Alexandria Va, and they said they had 4 of them ( AR15 ) and it was $599. I got there about 30 minutes later, and they were down to 2, and the price went up to $699. I told the guy..THAT'S NOT FAIR!!! He said....do you want it or not..and I SAID..........That will be charge thank you..:party29: hahaha... life is NOT FAIR...hahahaha I regret selling it a few years later ( Colt SPorter ) to a FBI friend of mine for a small profit.

I'd actually like to put in a good word for Bass Pro. I realize this is appears like a bit of a reversal. While BP isn't my preferred place for firearms that preference has nothing to do with any bad experience I have had there. My guess is that BP gets a lot of new people who are curious and maybe too afraid to visit one of the gun shops. This must drive the gun counter people nuts but I digress.

I have gone to BP for:

    1. Hunting ammunition. I ran over there the day I was supposed to leave for Goose hunting when I suddenly realized I was out of and needed 12 GA BB.
    2. Tree stand harness when I got called the day before a hunt by the guide that tree harnesses were mandatory.
    3. Hunting clothing. So has my wife. We like trying on clothing before we buy it.
    4. Shooting sticks for the trip to Africa. No one else stocked them so I could look and see how they felt.
    5. Various miscellaneous supplies when I have seen them on sale.
