Looks like it was a busy holiday weekend for our BATFE friends.

I got my SBR Form 1 eFile Trust approval back today too!

Still pending: 1 eFiled Form 1 (suppressor), 3 Form 4 (suppressors), 2 Form 4 (machineguns). I'd love to think the Macs are about out of jail, their checks were cashed around 3/24. I'm trying hard not to hold my breath.

I guess the guys at the ATF didn't take the three day weekend. The Form 1 I submitted on 3/18 was approved 5/24. I bought and did the paperwork for an AAC can today at Engage. They are nice people to deal with. I hope it's not a very long wait but will be patient.

Finally put all my SBR bits together. Engage E4 lower, 9" AAC 300 BLK upper, PA RDS, Magpul blah blah. My Form 1 should be back in a week or so to start my suppressor build.

February 24 check cashed;
April 3 ATF says I was not yet pending;
April 15 BATFE told me I went pending February 24;
Approved by BATFE May 26;
FFL calls to say stamp received May 30!
That works out to about a full three months.
