His behavior is not surprising and neither will the 8th District voters' when they elect him.

    Two Questions:

What kind of a grown man throws a trash can over top of the security glass in a bank?

Why is Marion Barry Jr. in Chinatown with all those "dirty Asians"?

Bonus question: why didn't MPD lock him up?

Hey guys, give him a break. In a year or two he'll be laying next to his old man in Boot Hill. Those two POS deserve each other. Never will forget the day long ago when Barry and wife Effie went to a TV station to record a program, or whatever, and the wife's f$5,000 fur coat went missing from the station's closet. Barry set the black movement back 250 years!!! He still owes taxes, fines and fees and likely half the hoes in SE.

If it didn't happen in MPD presence and it's less then a specific amount of monetary damage then it has to be a warrant case.

I could explain the whole thing but it's not worth it people will just "disagree" with me and tell me i'm the one who is wrong.

I would be willing to bet the bank won't consider booking a warrant over the issue, just to avoid the overly sycophantic press that is the DC media where the name Marion Barry is concerned.

The bank doesn't have the option. If MPD came and took a report for the incident and the crime is on camera then MPD has to apply for the warrant. The USAO can decline.

If Lt Conboy and Ms. Crump have spoken to the media about it then generally there is going to be a warrant drawn up........Now what the USAO does with it thats up to them. Same case as David Gregory just one doesn't involve gun rights so this forum probably won't complain as much hahahaha.
