They are a great value. I have had a pair probably about five years.
I added a short length of cord, ties to firm a loop, where the wore makes a u - bend so that I could attach them to a pack via a carabiner. Rather handy addition.

Had mine for about a year and a half. Not as good as some others (that cost twice as much) but great for rifle where you need a narrower profile. I recommend them if you are too cheap to spend $80-$100 for a better set with more noise reduction or need the narrow profile for a rifle.

Can you post a pic of this setup?

Plan D? Not worth the hassle.
Ear cups are to small for me,and I suspect many others. OK for outdoor use but not enough protection for indoor ranges esp if rifle fire is allowed. I just got the impact pro much better. More comfortable as well.

I miss the low profile in the impact pro. And I paid too much for the others...

If anyone knows of a larger cup ( with ) low profile elecetronic muff please let me know.

I got a pair 2 years ago from Amazon for about $40. Like them most of the time, but indoors and with larger calibers I supplement with foam plugs.

I'll be in Dallas for a couple days and don't have them with me. Either way, post 29's picture is much more fun to look at anyway.

Basically, I just took a ~4" piece of paracord and tied it in a loop through the metal wire that connects the padded head band to the earphones. I tied the cord to the section of wire where it makes a tight u bend in the center of the padded band.

I'll give it a try based on that description and see how it turns out
