Walmart Sale- Fact or Fiction?

I bought a Ruger American yesterday. It was on clearance. $101 off of Walmarts regular price. My local Walmart has about 10 or 12 different models of rifles clearance priced.

dang, I dont think Ive seen more than 6 or 7 total rifles at the two WMs within driving distance that actually sell firearms...

Our Walmart has two rotary rifle racks and they are usually pretty full.

Must be rare because I haven't seen a Walmart that sells handguns and I been to a bunch in TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC.

I was told that they still sell handguns in Alaska. It is possible that I have been misinformed.

I was in Hagerstown's Wal-Mart Tuesday and they added two more rotary gun displays. All four were pretty full of interesting stuff but still no 22lr.

Don't quite me but I believe it's WM policy to not sell guns to my out of staters regardless of which state
