    MSN should have put that question to those who survived Luby's in Killeen, Texas on October 16, 1991.

    Or, if MSN insisted on a poll, it should have phrased it as follows:

    "In light of the Luby's restaurant massacre in Killeen, Texas on October 16, 1991, where a lone shooter shot 50 UNARMED people, killing 23 of them, would you rather eat at a restaurant that allows or bans guns?

    I think part of the problem might be that some people think guns and booze do not mix. I can see that, but neither do losers and public assistance but we have plenty of them breeding on our tax dollars.

    I can see having a prohibition of being in possession of a gun while drunk ( like drunk driving) but if I am in a restaurant and have 1 beer with a hamburger I don't think anyone has a right to say a damn word.
