Here's my Mk III, which I just picked up this afternoon:

And my friend in CA graciously allowed me to use pics of his Hi-Power, also a Mk III, which he recently got back from a full custom job over at Jim Garthwaite's.

Coles has a bunch of the counterfeit HiPowers on Gunbroker right now ... incorrect serial number gives them away along with some other roll stamp errors

Here's the one I just got, first gun acquired with my new C&R license. I got it from Coles Distributing off Gunbroker. The bore is shiny with very minor frosting. The grips are original FN with red paint under them. The numbered parts match. I can't find any import marks anywhere. All I did was wipe down the metal and then clean the grips with some Murphy's oil soap.

    FEG's

How about pics of feg knockoffs?

There is an add in Shot Gun News that I picked up today, for FEG's in very good condition for only $288!! at www.birminghampistolwholesale.com I have not checked it out yet, but, I would LOVE to pick up at least one, if not 2, and have one of them customized into a compact. I have seen several in magazines, and they look really great. I would love to have one for a CCW if I ever move :D.

Novak's, Cylinder &n Slide and Garthwaite's are some of the best HP people around.

I just received my new BARSTO barrel the other day, for my 1971 Browning HP the other day, and can't wait to go shoot it. I need to get some good ammo, besides just cheap 115 gr Winchester or Federal stuff. The original barrel must have like, 7-8000 rounds through it...still shoots good....not great...but, was time for an upgrade. Next I want to get a wide combat trigger from C & S and the SFS system, and am contemplating installing them myself.:D

They are some nice looking grips you have on there :thumbsup: but they look thicker than stock? Are they, and how much did they run you? Thanks. I have been considering some Speigel thin grips, as I have smaller hands.

Not all 9mm FEG's are HiPower clones, some are S&W hybrids. Clicked on your link but didn't see any FEG's
