Before I am judged, let me say that I have searched MDS for this answer to what will turn out to be a very simple question and have been unable to find it anywhere.

One of the tabs in the top toolbar is "NEW POSTS (NO WC)". Now, in the UK, "No WC" would mean that there is no bathroom( I cannot get the little face things to paste - it will only paste the title) What does it mean on MDS?
