Short of waiting until next year why not start an offensive campaign to remove people from office today. There has to be a formal process to remove people from office?

To paraphrase the Obamacare passage in Congress : " you don't need to read it. Just fight it now, and read it later" .

Honestly , is there anyone here who would support it *if only* it protected one little thing for them ?

The whole Bill is Bad. Every Ammendment by *our* people is good(er), and should be supported. Worry about what it says later$

There is no recall petition in MD.

The only recourse we the people have is at the primary and general elections as well as any ballot challenge to a law passed by the GenAsem.

And before I hear one more "blah blah blah, no ballot intuitive, we will loose," Smigiel has said we have learned from the close losses, we ballot this and win, and if we don't, we go to the courts, if we loose their, we nullify it and he'll be the first to stand in line to nullify it.

All, We need to be talking nullifying right now. http://upholdmyoath.com/
We know they are going to pass this bill and we know our guys are going to fight it in court. Why not attack it on multiple fronts? Nullifying is going to be faster than the courts. We already have the support of the Sheriffs.

In my mind we need to do a couple of things.

    1. File for injunction
    2. Start nullification (Smegeil already said something about this last night)
    3. We need to keep attacking these traitors donors (See the Alamo thread)
    4. We need to vote these traitors out.

I'm sure we need to do even more but I while the lawyers fight this in court we can be doing the last 3 steps and keeping up the pressure. It keeps us involved and fired up which is what we need. We can't become complacent while the courts do their thing. I honestly believe we can beat this law through nullification. But that's just me.

Really Archie bunker, it's obvious race and racism is your agenda also. god forgive anybody's unarmed son trayvon or Bradley, or jake or whatever you "not like us" people are calling your kids is shot and killed for walking in a neighborhood that a Hispanic nazi thinks he shouldn't be in. The funny thing is he's right to an extent when older blacks think of white man with a gun they think of shit kicker hat ,Budweiser, double wide trailer with a confederate flag hanging from a window shouting racial slurs in hunting camo

This is black America's view of the white gun community and to the grand wizard of the kkk that I quoted he's helping your image a lot bottom line and I will repeat bottom line is if the black people in this state are not behind or for what your trying to get passed or thrown out y'all are fcuked we and Latinos are becoming a majority and if we don't support what y'all are doing you mine as well leave this state and move to the Deep South where they still probably hang people on trees and drag black people from there pick up trucks. This is a losing battle because minority's are not backing you and it's comments like the jerk off I quoted that pissed me off " let the trayvons have it" and what exactly is "it" grand wizard ? A bullet ? Is this storm front or mdshooters

    troll?

Ladies and gentleman, I continue to applaud your efforts in Annapolis.

Due to ongoing personal misery, I haven't been able to attend any events the past week or so, but have made many calls, sent many emails and will keep on doing what I can.

I was proud to stand with you all and (try to) testify befor the SJP committe and did testify before the joint House committe.

I think at 4:30 this morning I heard ShallNotInfringe quoted on WTOP, as the woman referenced "Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" and I believe she had a reference to the ressurection previously on her signature line. She, like all of you, is a patriot!

I will be with you all in spirit and hopfully can make it to Annapolis before this tyranical bullshiit is concluded. :patriot:

I think we are more awake now then we've ever been and we need to capitalize on that while everyone is still awake. We have to try, we can't just say it won't work. I'd rather try and fail then just sit here and do nothing.

I've been to Annapolis 5 times since Feb. That is 5 more times than I've ever been to there. I only drive past it to get to the bay and I know there are more people like me. We need to take a stand and work this from all angles.

Listening to the amendments last night, it is blatantly obvious that MOM has ordered this bill to pass and the Dems will do whatever, say whatever, to make it so. I am thoroughly disgusted.

I believe that Dumais was asked on the floor whether they had orders to vote against amendments, and denied it. Her voice wavered as she spoke. Also had her fingers crossed behind her back.
