You're right down the street from me. I'll likely become a regular. Will try to get some takeout Saturday.

Well got the fried chicken Po Boy and some gumbo. Both are great. May have found my new favorite sandwich for awhile... Well until I try the others. Gumbo has just right amount of kick to suit the majority, not overly spicey, definately not bland. Good stuff. Grabbed a stack of menus and will be giving them to some neighbors of mine in the area and others I know.

By the way, everything is not on the to go menu yet like the muffulettas and jambalaya. Probably be added in the future once they get more situated is my guess.

Thank you for the kind words.
Muffulettas are available; we may have been sold out. We have sold a lot of them this week. The specials will start on June 1st. I think that we are doing one tonight though. "Fish Fry Friday"; we are using fresh local caught catfish. This is what I will be getting tonight!

Yeah, I believe they had the Muffulettas. Just not mentioned on the togo menu.

The fried chicken PoBoy was great. The hot cream sauce (name?) y'all use is great. Very similar to a sauce I loved at Rock n Roll ribs down in Florida they used for their onion rings. It may be my new favorite goto sandwich now.

The gumbo was very good also. Like I mentioned above. The perfect amount of bite for the masses. I myself prefer it spicier but realize that wouldn't be the preferred way to serve it. I'll just add a bit of hot sauce in the future.

Will probably try that one next. You must have been the guy that came in after me, right?

As for the car, yea she's great, but the mistress needs some tender loving care. Dirty as hell. :o She has a tendency to give me away also. lol

Did I see correctly that you close 6pm during the week and 7pm on Fri/Sat? Was going to come by for dinner, but we won't even be home from work by then.
Will have to try another time.

    Dog friendly outdoor seating?

Ever plan to do crawfish? The wife has been begging for some recently.

We are planning a "Crawfish throw-down night" It will have to be soon, the crawfish season is almost over. We will only ever ship them in fresh/live. It is in the plans, and Ill keep everyone posted.
There are two 10 foot long benches out front right now. We are looking into a couple of small tables as well. There is not a whole lot of room for tables. No issues with dogs out front. We do not put a water bowl out though.

No, we close at 7 on weekdays. We have been letting people in and serving them as late as 7:30 this will likely change to 8 soon. We close at 6 on Sat. Today is our first Sat open. We will see how this works out. we started off by following the hours of some other stores in the shopping center and other carry-outs in the area. We will conform to the demand:D

They are engineered and constructed. It is a stack of deli meats (mainly salami and ham) topped with provolone cheese topped with an olive salad all on a French bread roll. They are 9" or 10" in diameter and are sold by the quarter. It is big, and they are selling out every day. (I don’t like olives) I have never had one, so that is all I can tell you.

I may have been in when you were there. I walked in at 6:20. stocky bald guy. I was talking to a friend at the pick up counter. I hope you enjoyed your meal.

Possibly. I was the tall guy in the green under armour shirt standing under the tv. Let me know if you want a mdshooters sticker for the door/ window I found one in my night stand. Its also a good excuse to come back. The misses was mad I went without her lol
